Order Process: Please be sure when placing your order that you input the correct shipping address.

Shipping Time Frame: All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 Business Days. 

We Reserve the Right to choose the shipping carrier for any Free Shipping Promotions being offered at any given time. Free Shipping promotions can not be combined with any others promotions. 

Incorrect Shipping Information: Posh little Tots is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or not delivered at all due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to Posh little Tots due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the Return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost of the package. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Posh little Tots is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address that was input when your order was processed. In the event that your package was lost or stolen, PLT can provide the shipping address, tracking information, delivery date and the shipping/carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

International Shipping / Customs Duty Fee: All International Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please allow up to 15 Business Days for your package to be delivered from the date in which the package shippedPlease Be Advised: Posh little Tots is not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may incur upon shipment to other countries.
